Holistic-Safety, Inc. is a private owned company specializing in bilingual safety and health training through education. The company was established to fill the urgent need to save lives, limbs and improve the safety and health of the community worker and reduce employer liability.
Dr. Romero is a Certified Safety and Health Official in Construction and General Industry, as well as a Certified Tree Safety Professional. Her long and distinguished background as an international bilingual trainer in safety and health position her at the top of her profession. As an educator, Dr. Romero has developed programs to improve the safety, health, and wellness of the community worker beyond that of standard industry guidelines.
With 50 Million Hispanics in the United States, according to the U.S. Census 2010, and 60% of the construction and general industry being Hispanic the need for well trained, experienced bilingual trainers and educators is apparent.
Holistic-Safety, Inc. is proud of its human approach to training and educating. The philosophy is based in balance and awareness of for all things contributing to the community worker and their ability to maintain focus and be alert of all potential safety hazards in order to reduce injuries, fatalities, employer liability while improving productivity.
